Our place is over in Virar East, inside the Rashid Compound. We’ve got units one through seven, which sounds like a lot, but we use every inch of that space for making displays. Being near the Nityanand Petrol Pump makes it easy to give people directions, but the Bhukul area can still be a bit tricky to navigate if you aren't from around here. Jyoti Display is essentially a factory floor. There’s always the sound of metal clanging or something being loaded onto a truck. We make all sorts of stands and racks that you see in stores. It’s heavy work, and the guys are usually covered in a bit of shop dust by noon. We don't have a fancy showroom; we just show people the stuff we are currently building. The compound is a busy place with other businesses around, so there’s always a lot of movement—trucks backing in, people shouting over the noise of machines, and the smell of welding. It’s not the quietest environment, but we’re used to it. Most of our time is spent checking measurements and making sure the welding is solid. We eat our lunch together in the small office area before getting back to the floor. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on getting the orders out of the gate and on their way to the city. It keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days.
