Indian Hotels Corporation (Taj)

Our office is over at A-001 Poonam Crown, which is on Agashi Road in Virar West. If you know where Swad Hotel is, we are right near there. It’s a busy part of Thane, especially with the local traffic. This place handles a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for the hotels. We spend a lot of time on the phones and handling files. It’s not one of those grand lobbies with fountains, just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes the heat in Virar gets a bit much, but we have the fans going. People stop by to ask questions about bookings or jobs, and we try to point them in the right direction. It’s a bit of a climb if you’re coming from the station, but it’s manageable. We’ve been in this building for some time now. You can see the street life from the windows, which is always interesting. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. It’s a straightforward office setup. We don't have fancy brochures lying around everywhere. We just focus on the daily tasks that keep the bigger operations moving. If you’re looking for us, look for the Poonam Crown building near the hotel. It’s a simple white building and we are right on the ground floor. We stay busy but usually have time for a quick chat.
