Delta Caterers

Delta Caterers is tucked away here in Thane. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out at events, so the office isn't always the most organized place you’ll ever see. It smells like spices and cooking most of the time, which I guess is expected. We’ve been doing this for a while, mostly feeding people at weddings or small family get-togethers around Maharashtra. It’s hard work, standing on your feet for hours and making sure the food doesn't run out before the last guest is fed. We aren't some massive food chain with a marketing team. It’s just us, a few cooks, and some helpers who know how to get a meal ready for a crowd. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have two orders on the same day, but we always manage to pull it through. The traffic in Thane can be a real pain when we’re trying to transport big pots of curry, but we’ve learned the shortcuts by now. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that. Word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. People know where we are if they need something to eat for a party. It’s just practical cooking for local folks. We use what we can get from the local markets and just try to make food that tastes like it should. That’s pretty much the whole story of Delta Caterers. We don't wear fancy uniforms, just aprons and comfortable shoes. It's about the food and the people, nothing else. We just cook and serve.
