A A Nayak & Co. is located in Virar (E). Our office is in the Giri Vihar Complex, specifically D-303, Mohak Perl. It’s on Manvalpada Road. Thane-401303 is where we call home. We have been in this building for some time now. It’s a decent place. Not too flashy. We are on the third floor. The stairs are okay but the climb gets to you if you do it too many times. Most people around here know the complex. It’s a big residential area with businesses mixed in. We just go about our business every day. We don't really have a sales team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon. It’s a local way of doing things. Manvalpada Road can get a bit muddy when it rains, but that’s just how it is in Virar. We don't mind it much. We like being part of this community. It feels real. No polished office walls or expensive art here. Just folders and papers and computers. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we are busy. That's just life in a small office. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the space. We just want to get the job done. This part of Thane is growing fast, but we've stayed right here on Manvalpada Road. It’s a good spot to be for our small group.
