You can find us at Iconic One, which is where Ab Infra. runs everything from. It is a decent building and gives us enough room to spread out our maps and site plans. We do a lot of infrastructure work, which most people don't really think about until a road is closed or a pipe breaks. It’s not the most glamorous side of construction, but someone has to do it. We’ve got a small crew that handles the planning and then we coordinate with the guys on the ground. Most of our mornings start with a lot of coffee and a lot of talk about logistics. Getting equipment to the right place at the right time is a constant puzzle we're trying to solve. Being based at Iconic One is convenient for us because it’s easy for our suppliers to find us. We don't spend much time making things look pretty in the office because we’re usually focused on what’s happening out in the field. There is always some new regulation or some delay with the weather to deal with, but we’ve learned to just take it as it comes. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around, we just want to get the current job finished properly so we can move on to the next one. It’s a straightforward way of working that has served us well so far. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
