This is right by Mailam Chandai, so it’s always busy and loud outside with people buying and selling all sorts of things. Unipalm Oil Industries Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a while. Being so close to the market means we are always in the middle of the action. We deal mostly with oils, which is a messy business sometimes, but someone has to do it. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, and it can get quite hot in the office during the summer months. We don't have much in the way of fancy decorations.
