Swashthik Preforms

We operate out of A73 and A74 in the Electronic Park. That is inside the Pipdic Industrial Estate over in Thirubuvanai. Swashthik Preforms is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The Mannadipet Commune area is usually quite crowded in the mornings. We make preforms here. It involves a lot of plastic work and keeping an eye on the temperature control. The machines run almost all day long. Some of us live close by, so the commute is not too bad. Others have a long bus ride just to get to the estate. It gets quite hot in the summer inside the units. We have fans going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. Still, the work is steady and keeps us busy. We have known the neighbors in the other units for years. We borrow tools from each other sometimes when something breaks. There is no big corporate ladder here. It is just us working on the floor and making sure the output is okay. We do not spend much on decorations or fancy desks. We would rather keep the equipment running well. Usually, we have a quick tea break at four and then finish up the day's batches. It is a simple setup. If you are looking for us, look for the Pipdic sign and head towards the back. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice to get a breeze. It is just a small team in Thirubuvanai.
