Karthi Clinic

Karthi Clinic is over at No. 29 Raja Street. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, compared to the main roads. We’ve been at this address for a while, and the neighbors all know where we are. It’s a small clinic, just a couple of rooms and a waiting area that fills up pretty fast. We don’t have a big staff, just the doctor and a few of us helping out with the front desk and the patients. The building is an older one, but it’s kept clean. We aren't trying to be some high-end medical center with glass walls. We just want to help the people on Raja Street and the surrounding blocks. People come in for all the normal things like colds, aches, and routine checkups. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s dead quiet. We don’t use any fancy booking systems; usually, people just show up or call to see if the doctor is in. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes. We know who is who and which family lives where. There isn't any corporate policy manual here; we just treat people like they’re our neighbors, because they are. If you’re looking for a flashy place with a coffee machine in the lobby, this isn't it. But if you just need to see someone about a fever, we’re here on the ground floor. We just keep things simple and honest.
