We’re based out of Villupuram, right on Hospital Road at number 60/56. It’s a busy street, especially with people coming and going from the nearby facilities. JJ Promoter and Propertydevelopers has been around this area for a while. We aren't some big city firm with glass walls and suits. Most of us grew up around here or nearby. We know the land in Villupuram pretty well. Our office is simple, just a place to keep the records and meet with people. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, looking at plots and checking on how the work is coming along. It gets hot, but we’re used to it. People stop by the office to ask about prices or just to see what’s for sale. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. There's plenty of paperwork in this line of work, and we spend a fair amount of time getting that sorted out. It’s a straightforward business. We find land, we figure out what can be done with it, and we try to make it happen. Some days are slower than others, but there’s usually something to keep us busy. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our promises to the folks we work with. The coffee in the office is usually hot if you happen to drop by.
