Rahul and the rest of us started this Right Future Farmer Producer Company Limited because things in Madawada needed to change for the local growers. We're right by Sardar Bajar, if you know the area. It’s just a group of farmers trying to handle things better than before. We deal with the crops and the business side of farming ourselves. Sometimes it’s a lot of work, but being at Rahul Patidar's place makes it easy for folks to drop by and talk. We aren't big city people with fancy offices. Most days we are just busy figuring out how to get the produce where it needs to go without losing money. The weather is always a worry, and prices change every day, but we stick together. It isn’t always pretty or organized like a big company, but we get the job done. If you're coming from the main road, just look for the shop near the market. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the neighbors about the soil and the seeds for the next season. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here in Madawada. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure the paperwork gets done and the farmers get their fair share. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know.
