Pavaki Media Solutions is tucked away at 98/A in Ramesharam Colony, right near Ukhari Chowk in Vijaynagar. It’s a lively area to be in, and there’s always something happening outside our windows. We’ve been here for a while now, and the office has become a second home to most of us. It’s not one of those glass-and-steel buildings you see in the tech parks; it’s a real place in a real colony. We handle media solutions, which basically means we do a bit of everything depending on what people need. Some days we’re working on graphics, other days it’s more about planning out content. We don’t really have a set routine because every day brings something different. Ukhari Chowk is a great landmark, so people usually don’t have much trouble finding us once they get to Vijaynagar. It’s a tight-knit group here. We eat lunch together and usually end up talking about work even when we’re supposed to be on a break. We’re not trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to be reliable and do right by the people we work with. The colony is quiet enough that we can get our work done, but close enough to the main road that we don’t feel isolated. It’s a balance that works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the projects we have. Some days we even leave on time.
