Our office is tucked away on Makireddy Vari Street in the Gunupudi area of Bhimavaram. It is actually the home of Venkata Narasimha Rao, and we have been running things from here for a while. West Godavari is a nice place to work, even if the humidity gets a bit much in the summer months. We mostly build villas for local families who want something solid to live in. We are not a big city firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us making sure the work gets done properly. We start our days very early to beat the afternoon heat. You can usually find us looking over floor plans or checking on the latest shipment of sand and gravel. The streets around here are quite narrow, so parking the big supply trucks is always a bit of a struggle. We try not to bother the neighbors too much when we are working. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people find out about us because they saw one of our houses or a friend told them to call. We just sit in the office and plan the next stages. Sometimes things move slowly because of the weather or because we are waiting on a specific type of tile. We just want to finish the houses so people can move in and start their lives there. That is pretty much it for us.
