Vics Industries Private Limited is a local business located in Mahadevapatnam, within the Undi Mandal of West Godavari. It is run by S. Pandu Ranga Rao, the son of Narasimha Murthy. This part of Andhra Pradesh is very green and full of fields, so the pace of life is a little different than what you find in the big cities. Our office is more like a part of the local community than a corporate headquarters. We deal with industrial work, but we have deep roots in this village and the surrounding Mandals. We usually start our work very early in the morning when the air is still cool and the birds are out. The office is a simple building where we keep our project records and meet with people from the area. You will not find any fancy brochures or marketing people here. Instead, you will find people who understand the local land and how to get things done in a rural setting. We work with the resources we have and try to keep our operations running as smoothly as possible. Dealing with industry in a place like West Godavari has its own set of challenges, especially when the monsoon rains start and the roads get difficult. But we have been here a long time and we know how to handle the seasonal changes. It is just about being a part of the landscape and doing our work quietly and steadily every single day.
