Our hospital is tucked away behind the Corporation Bank near Bakkers Inn in Sai Nagar. We are quite close to Benz Circle, which is such a landmark in this city. Since we focus on mothers and children, there is always the sound of kids crying or playing in the waiting area. It’s a different kind of energy here compared to a general hospital. We see a lot of nervous first-time parents and then some who are here for their third or fourth child. The rooms are set up to be as comfortable as we can make them, but it’s still a hospital at the end of the day. Our nurses are usually the ones running the show, making sure everyone is where they need to be. We have a lot of check-ups happening every day, so the schedule is usually packed from morning until evening. Sometimes we run behind schedule because a delivery takes longer than expected, and everyone just has to be patient. We try to keep the place clean and tidy, though with kids running around, it’s a constant job. It’s a place where life starts for a lot of families in the neighborhood. We don’t have any big corporate slogans, just a lot of people working together to look after moms and their little ones. It’s busy and sometimes quite loud, but it is just what we do every day.
