Uma Shankar Industries

We've been running Uma Shankar Industries for quite some time now over on Hayatkhan Street. Most people know us because we're right near where M.L.A Jaleel Khan's place is in Tarapet. The shop is at Door No. 12-7-43. It's a busy area and we stay pretty occupied with the day-to-day industrial work. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we get things done and handle the orders that come through. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded, but that’s just how it is here. We started small and just kept at it, year after year. Most of our tools and machines have been with us a while. We don’t really do much advertising because the local folks know where we are. If you’re walking down Hayatkhan Street, you’ll see our sign. We handle various industrial tasks and try to keep things moving. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Tarapet community. The building isn't new, but it serves us well. We usually open up early and stay until the work is finished for the day. Dealing with the heat and the noise is just part of the job. We focus on the metal and the machinery mostly. People stop by for different needs, and we do what we can to help them out. It’s a straightforward setup here. We just try to keep the business running smoothly every single day.
