Our office is over here in Rajahmundry, near the Aryapuram Andhra Bank. The address is H.No.18-8-43/2, and most people around here know the area well. B.Srinivasa Rao is usually around managing things. It’s a busy spot in East Godavari District. We handle a lot of the local construction projects from this desk. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the schedules are right and the guys at the sites have what they need. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, which makes the outdoor work tough, so we spend a lot of time coordinating around that. The office itself is pretty simple. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just some maps and project plans pinned to the walls. We take our work seriously but we aren't big on formal meetings. Usually, it's just a quick talk over a cup of tea and then back to the blueprints. Being near the bank makes it easy for handling the financial side of the builds too. We’ve been part of the Rajahmundry community for a bit, and we like being close to where the action is. People drop by sometimes to ask about work or just to check in on how a project is going. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. We just want to get the structures up and move on to the next one without any drama.
