We run our operations from F 1 in the SR Residency building located in Vijayawada. It’s a decent spot in Andhra Pradesh where we’ve set up our desks to handle insurance paperwork. The office isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with filing cabinets and stacks of papers that we need to get through. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know how to navigate the insurance world. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the hot summers here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the computer. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the sound of the printer. People come by when they have questions about their policies or when they need help with a claim. We don't have a fancy waiting room with magazines. Usually, people just pull up a chair and we talk through whatever they need. It’s a practical way of working. We’ve been in this building for a while and the neighbors know us. Sometimes the lift doesn't work, so we end up walking up, but it's only the first floor so it's fine. We just try to stay organized and keep up with all the rules and changes in the industry. It’s a lot of reading and checking details, but that’s the job. It keeps us busy and the paperwork moving.
