We are located at Gandhi Nagar, specifically in Hanumanpet. Our office is Shop No. 306, which is inside 26-7-18/A on Gnanolive Street. It’s a bit of a walk up if you aren't used to the building layout, but most people find us okay. We’ve been operating out of this shop for quite some time now. Mostly, we deal with the regular paperwork and legalities that come with property and associate work. It’s a small space, but it fits what we need to get the job done. You’ll usually find one of us behind the desk surrounded by stacks of folders and ledgers. We don't really go for the modern look. It’s just wooden chairs and a ceiling fan that hums throughout the afternoon. People from the neighborhood stop in quite a bit. Sometimes they have a specific question about a title or a transfer, and other times they just want to see what the current rates are in Hanumanpet. We stay open throughout the day and take a break for lunch when it gets quiet. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the traffic and people going to the other shops nearby. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk. We just tell people what the situation is and help them get their stuff sorted out. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been here long enough that most people know where to find us.
