Sree Kamat Hotel

Sree Kamat Hotel sits on Door No 26-3-6 in the Gandhi Nagar area of Vijayawada. We are right beside Jayaram Theatre, which makes it easy for people to spot us after a movie or while they are out in the neighborhood. We’ve been here serving food for quite a while. Gandhi Nagar is a place with a lot of movement, and we see all kinds of people coming in throughout the day. The building itself is just a regular structure, nothing too modern about it. We keep things straightforward. The menu has the usual items you'd find in this part of Andhra. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just open the doors and start cooking. The kitchen can get hot, especially in the summers here, but we keep going. Sometimes the service might be a little slow if everyone comes in at once, but we do what we can. We buy our vegetables and grains from the local suppliers nearby. It’s just us trying to run a decent place where people can sit for a bit. We don't use any special tricks to get people in. Most of our customers are locals who live around here or people who know the theatre well. It’s a practical setup. We just want to make sure the food is ready on time and that there's enough for everyone who shows up. That is really all there is to it for our small business.
