Shaik Silyman is situated right near the Loco Shed in Khuddusnagar. Being in Vijayawada, it gets incredibly hot, especially during the summer months. The sound of the trains is something you just get used to when you're this close to the tracks. It’s a constant background hum that tells you the city is moving. Usually, we just have the fans going full blast and the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes off the street. Khuddusnagar is a busy area, lots of people moving around, local vendors, and workers from the shed. We fit right into that rhythm. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of ledgers. There’s no corporate hierarchy here. We just sit down and get to the tasks at hand. If someone drops by, we usually have a glass of water ready for them because of the heat. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors all know who we are. It’s not a place for big meetings or formal presentations. It’s just where Shaik Silyman operates from, handling the day-to-day work without any extra fluff or unnecessary complications. We just keep moving like the trains nearby, steady and consistent, day after day, regardless of the weather outside or the noise from the shed.
