Our spot is on the ground floor of Ravi Towers, tucked into the second lane of Gowtham Nagar. Getting here is easy enough once you get near Stalk Point in Krishna Lanka. Since we moved in, we have been working out of this office for a good while. The space isn't huge, just a few rooms where we handle our daily business. Mornings are usually the busiest time when we are trying to sort out all the paperwork and shipments. Scuff marks cover the walls from moving furniture around, and the lighting isn't the best, but it works. Corporate looks aren't really for us anyway. Boxes often pile up in the corner while they wait to be moved out. Our staff has been together for a long time, so we just get on with things without needing much direction. Narrow lanes outside get really crowded with parked scooters, making it a bit of a squeeze to get in. Every day is different, but we just take it as it comes. This is a neighborhood business, and we know most of the people who walk by every day. Mission statements aren't our thing; we just come in and do the work. Coming in and doing the tasks before heading home is the routine. It is a straightforward way to earn a living, and we like it that way. Seeing the changes in Krishna Lanka over the years has been interesting. We've managed to stay put while other things changed.
