We've been here on Ramam Mandhiram Street for a while now. It's a busy spot in Arundalpet, and people seem to find us easily enough. Most people come in because they're having some trouble seeing the TV or reading their phone. We keep a lot of different frames on the wall so people can try them on and see what looks okay on their face. Vijayawada gets really bright and sunny, so we talk about sunglasses quite a bit too. The clinic part is where the actual testing happens. It isn't a fancy place by any means, just some chairs and the equipment we need to check eyes properly. We see kids who need their first pair of glasses for school and older folks who are worried about their vision getting blurry as they get older. Usually, it's just one person helping out another in the shop. If you're walking down the street near the temple, you'll see our sign hanging out front. We try to keep things simple and get the prescriptions exactly right so people can go about their day without headaches. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is finally off work. We just take it one person at a time and don't try to rush anyone. It’s mostly regular people from the neighborhood coming in. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just make sure the lenses fit the frames properly and the eye exams are done carefully.
