Our small office is based in Gudivada at Door Number 8/326 on Rajendra Nagar 5th Lane. This is mostly a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet and it’s a nice place to work away from the main road noise. We deal with campus placement details, particularly for people who have been recruited by TCS. We aren't a big agency with lots of employees; it’s just a local setup where we keep track of the placement records and help out with the local side of things. We spend a good chunk of our day going through lists, checking information, and talking to people who are in the middle of the recruitment process. The office is very simple, just a couple of rooms with the basic equipment we need to stay organized and get the job done. We’ve been in this part of Gudivada for a while now, and the families nearby know what we do. We don't have a marketing team or any fancy corporate branding. We just focus on making sure the records are accurate and that people have the information they need. It’s honest, steady work that doesn't require any polish or big business talk. We like it this way because we can just focus on the people and the details. Sometimes the lane gets a bit busy with local traffic, but usually, it's a calm spot to work and help students start their careers.
