Ravi Chemicals

Ravi Chemicals is out in Kunavaram Mandal, specifically in Surampalli. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the big city centers, but we like the space we have here. We work with various chemicals, which means we have to be careful and follow the routines every single day. It isn't a place for people who want a fancy, air-conditioned environment. Most of the time we are out in the shed or the warehouse checking the drums and the sacks. The sun gets pretty hot out here in Surampalli, and the work can be physically draining. We aren't some massive global firm. We are just a local operation trying to supply what the nearby farms and factories require. We don't have a public relations person to make us look good. Our reputation comes from the fact that we show up every morning and do the work. Sometimes the supplies are delayed because of the roads, and we have to explain that to the customers. Most people around here understand how it is. We keep the paperwork in old folders and try to stay organized as best as we can. It’s a quiet existence for the most part, away from the hustle, just focusing on the chemical batches and making sure the shipments go out to the right places. It's what we do and it keeps us going despite the heat and the long hours.
