Our office is located in the Lingamaneni Corporate House, at number 59-14-10. Lepl Projects Ltd. has been based here for a good while, and the building has become a familiar landmark for us. It’s a professional enough space, but if you walk inside our specific area, you’ll see it’s filled with the actual tools of our trade. There are blueprints spread across tables, folders full of permits, and whiteboards covered in schedules. We handle a variety of projects, which means our day-to-day work is never really the same. One day we might be focused on land details, and the next we are dealing with engineering problems. We don't go in for much of the corporate polish that some other firms like to show off. We’re more about the practical side of getting a project finished on time. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us for years and know the ins and outs of the industry. We just get our coffee, sit down at our desks, and start working through the list of things that need doing. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we just keep pushing through. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We just want to make sure the work we do at 59-14-10 is solid and that the projects we take on actually get completed the way they should be without any shortcuts.
