Raghavendra General Stores

Raghavendra General Stores is located at Door No 11-62-107 on Cannel Street in One Town, Vijayawada. We are situated near the Ganesh Temple, which is a major landmark in this part of the city. Being on Cannel Street means we are right in the thick of things. It is a very busy and sometimes chaotic area to have a shop. We have been running this place for some time now. It’s a standard general store with all the usual items people look for, like groceries and small household supplies. The shop is quite narrow, and we have bags of goods stacked up high. Sometimes I worry about things falling, but we have a system for how we pile them. The Ganesh Temple brings in a lot of people, especially on special days, so we are often quite busy then. The rest of the time, it is just the locals coming in for their daily supplies. The air in One Town can get quite heavy and hot, so we usually have a small fan blowing behind the counter. It doesn't do much, but it helps. The shop doesn't have any modern frills. We still do things the old-fashioned way. It’s a lot of manual work, moving stock and serving customers one by one. We just stay focused on the day-to-day tasks and keeping the shop going at this address.
