We are P Subbarayudu & Co, and you can find us on the 1st floor of Usha Mansion. That’s located at 29-2-10/1 on Ramamandiram Street in Governerpet. Being in the 520002 area of Vijayawada puts us in a busy spot, which we like. The office is up one flight of stairs, and it's a pretty quiet place once you get inside. We have been working from this location for many years, so we know the area like the back of our hand. We aren't the type to use a lot of corporate jargon or have big meetings about vision. Mostly, we just show up, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. Ramamandiram Street can be quite lively, but our spot in Usha Mansion is solid and dependable. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows their job. We don't spend money on big ads because most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our sign. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has served us well for a long time. If you need to drop by, just head to Governerpet and look for the mansion. We’re usually there during normal hours, keeping things moving along. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life, and we take pride in the work we do from this first-floor office. We just do the best we can every single day.
