Ohl International (Spain)

Our place is located in Ayodya Nagar, right here in Vijayawada. It’s an interesting spot because we represent Ohl International (Spain) from this local office. It’s quite far from Spain, obviously, but we manage the communication and the local side of things from here. The weather in Vijayawada is usually pretty warm, so we keep the windows shut to stay cool while we work through the documents. It is a quiet area for the most part, which helps when we have to focus on the international coordination. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. People in the neighborhood know us just as the folks working in that building. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to partners over the phone. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we get by. The office has a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area. It’s a basic setup, really. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek look. We just need a place to handle the logistics and the project details that come our way. Every day is a bit different depending on what’s happening with projects back in Europe or locally. Most of the neighbors are families, so it's a friendly atmosphere around the building. We see the same people walking to the market every day. It feels more like a community than a business district.
