Rushika Industries

Our shop, Rushika Industries, is tucked away in the New Auto Nagar area, specifically at Shop No. 17 24. It is right near Kamineni Hospital, so most people just use the hospital as a landmark when they are trying to find where we are located. Since it is an industrial zone, there is always a fair amount of noise from the neighbors and trucks moving through the narrow streets. We spend the majority of our time in the back area working on whatever orders have come in for the month. It gets pretty hot and stuffy in the afternoons, but that is just part of the job in this part of town. We have been at this specific location for a good while now. The space is not exactly huge, but we make it work with the equipment we have. Most of the guys working here have been doing this for many years, so we do not really need to talk much to get things done correctly. We just show up in the morning, look at the daily schedule, and start the machines up. Sometimes the material deliveries are late or the weather makes the work difficult, but we usually manage to stay on track. People around here know us as the place near the hospital. It is a very practical spot for an industry like ours. We try to keep things organized, though there is always some metal scrap or tools lying around by the end of the shift.
