M/S Lanco Infratech Ltd

We are located in Vijayawada, right in Flat Number 503 at Balaji Towers. It is a decent spot in the city, though the climb up to the fifth floor can be a bit much if the lift is acting up. Being in Andhra Pradesh, we deal with a lot of heat, so we keep the AC running most of the time while we work on the infrastructure projects. The office is pretty standard, with a few desks and cabinets full of technical drawings and government permits. We focus on the bigger construction and power projects that Lanco is known for, but this local office is where the daily grind of planning and coordination happens. There is always someone on the phone arguing about a shipment or checking on the status of a contract. We do not have fancy carpets or expensive art; it is a working office for people who have to get things done. We usually grab lunch from the small places downstairs or have something brought in so we can keep working through the afternoon. The view from the window is mostly other rooftops and the busy streets of Vijayawada below. It is not a quiet place, but the energy of the city keeps us going. We are not here to impress anyone with a shiny lobby, just to make sure the work gets completed on time.
