Maytas Properties

Our location is Hig-55 in Pmpalem, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. We are a bit further out from the main city center, which makes it a quieter place to work. Maytas Properties operates from this building, and it’s a pretty basic setup. We have a front room where we meet people and a back room where we keep the maps and files. Visakhapatnam is a beautiful place, and being in Pmpalem gives us a bit of a different perspective on the property market here. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. People usually find us because they’ve heard about us from someone else in the area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites across the region. When we are in the office, we’re usually drinking tea and going over property deeds. The sea breeze sometimes reaches us if the wind is right. It’s a simple life here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place where people can come and talk about their real estate concerns without feeling pressured. There’s no rush in our office. We take the time to look through every document carefully. The building itself is sturdy and keeps us dry when the monsoons hit. We’ve been part of this community for a while and plan to stay right where we are.
