It is a local neighborhood, and we have become part of the scenery over the years. We aren't a big chain or a flashy corporation. This is a family-run sort of vibe, where we know a lot of the people who walk past our doors every day. The office isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. There are usually boxes stacked up and plenty of paperwork to get through. It’s just how it is when you’re busy. Being near Pipes Road is handy for us because it’s a good landmark for people trying to find the shop. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the trick around Shanti Nagar. Most of the time, you will find us checking inventory or chatting with someone who stopped by. It’s a plain, honest business. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work is getting done. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked vehicles, but that’s just part of being in this area. We’ve been here a long time and plan on staying.
