M K Soil Testing Lab

At M K Soil Testing Lab, we spend our days looking at dirt and trying to figure out what is going on with it. We are located at 5-856 on Loki Kele Road. It is not the biggest lab you will ever see, but we have the equipment we need to get the job done. Farmers and builders bring us samples from all over the area. We have stacks of containers and bags everywhere, each one filled with soil from a different field or construction site. Loki Kele Road can be a bit quiet, which is good because we need to focus when we are doing our tests. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. We just look at the samples and write down what we find. Sometimes the results aren't what people want to hear, but we just tell it like it is. Our workspace is usually a bit messy with dirt and glass tubes, but we know where everything is. We started this because there was a need for it around here, and we have just kept going ever since. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at things closely, which can be tiring for the eyes. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign on Loki Kele Road. We just stick to the testing.
