Lanco Infratech Limited

Up here in Vijayawada, we are located at New Hig 497 in the HB Colony area of Bhavanipuram. It’s a decent area, quite a few families living around. Lanco Infratech Limited has had this spot for some time now. We handle a lot of the regional stuff from these rooms. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular building where we keep our files and computers. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that's just how it is here. We have a small crew that comes in every day. Most of us have been working in construction and power for years. We spend the morning going through emails and checking on supply orders. It’s a lot of coordination with the guys out in the field. Bhavanipuram is a good location because it's easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We aren't the type to have fancy lunches; usually, someone just brings in snacks or we eat at our desks. The neighbors are friendly enough. It feels like a real part of the community rather than a cold corporate office. We deal with a lot of regulations and paperwork, so there’s always a stack of documents somewhere. It gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the projects and make sure the schedules are followed.
