We are located out in Bandlapalli village, which is part of the Talupula area in Ananthapur. It’s a quiet part of Andhra Pradesh compared to the big cities. Being in the construction business here means we spend a lot of time out in the sun. Our office is more of a base for the projects we have going on around the district. We deal with the usual stuff like bricks, cement, and laborers. It’s hard work and the dust gets everywhere. T. Raghuramaiah is the name you’ll see on our papers. We’ve been operating in this rural pocket for a while now. Things move a bit slower here, but the work still needs to get done right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the jobs we started. Most of the guys working here are from nearby villages. We know the local soil and how the weather affects the building cycles. Sometimes getting materials delivered out to Bandlapalli takes a bit of planning because the roads aren't always great. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a basic operation. We have our yard for the equipment and a small space for the accounts. People know where to find us if they need something built. It’s just honest labor at the end of the day in Ananthapur. We don't have fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just build.
