If you come looking for Lakshmi Organics Pvt. Ltd., you will find us at Plot No. 53 in G J, IDA. It is a bit of a drive to get here, especially when the roads are crowded with delivery vans. We’ve been at this plot for a good amount of time now. The building is simple, nothing too special to look at, but it serves its purpose for our daily operations. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We show up early, get the machines warmed up, and start going through the list of what’s needed. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, which is probably the least favorite part for anyone here. We spend a lot of time checking the barrels and making sure everything is stored where it should be. The air around here usually smells like the stuff we work with, which you get used to after the first week. We have a few long-term staff members who have been here since the start. We usually eat lunch together in the small room near the back. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff about us. We just handle the day-to-day tasks as they come. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when a big shipment arrives unexpectedly, but we manage. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and head home to their families at the end of the shift.
