You can find us on the first floor at 27-17-8 on Peddibotlavari Street. Governorpet is always moving, and our street is no exception to that rule. We have a small, narrow staircase that leads up to our office. It is a bit steep, so you have to be careful if you are carrying any heavy boxes. Inside, we have shelves filled with cameras, sensors, and all sorts of tangled wires. It looks a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time, but we know exactly where every single item is kept. My brother and I started this after we realized how many people were asking for help with their locks and basic alarms. We spend about half our day out on service calls and the other half here testing out new gear. Sometimes the door buzzer gets stuck and just keeps ringing until someone gives it a good whack. We keep meaning to fix it properly. There is a nice breeze that comes through the window in the late evenings. We do not have a big team, just a couple of us who know the technology inside and out. People stop by to complain about their old systems, and we listen and try to see if we can salvage any of the parts for them. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy from the morning until quite late at night. We usually close up once the street finally gets quiet.
