Over in Muthamil Nagar, we are situated at No:4/363 on 98th Street. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn't always feel like you are heading into a big corporate job. T. Soosai Muthu is usually the one keeping an eye on things here. The office is pretty compact, which means we all know each other’s business maybe a bit too well. Chennai’s weather can be quite something, especially in the middle of the day, so we’re always grateful for the shade the building provides. The street outside can get a bit congested with bikes and pedestrians, but that’s just part of life here. We have a small area where we keep some of the basic lift parts and tools. It’s not a huge warehouse, just enough for what we need on a daily basis. The walls are a plain white, though they have some scuffs from moving furniture around. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. We are more focused on the phones ringing and the schedules for the engineers. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down for a minute. It’s a very local operation, and we like it that way. Most of the people who work here live not too far away, so we have that neighborhood connection. It's just a regular, hard-working office environment. We’ve been in this spot for quite a few years now.
