Hosanna Foods

You can find Hosanna Foods at Door No-1-4-223/1. We are situated on the second floor of a building on Rtc Workshop Road in Bhawani Puram. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which can be quite a chore when we have heavy crates of supplies. The Rtc Workshop Road is always buzzing with traffic, and there is a lot of noise from the buses and the mechanics nearby. Our workspace is pretty compact. We use every square inch of the room for preparing and packing our food items. It isn't a showroom; it's a kitchen and a packing area all rolled into one. We don't have any decorative plants or expensive furniture. It’s all stainless steel tables and plastic bins. We start our work very early, often while the rest of Bhawani Puram is still sleeping. Hosanna Foods is a small operation, just a few of us working together. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy logo on the wall. We just rely on the fact that people in the neighborhood know what we do and where to find us. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen gets to be a bit much, especially in the summer, but we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest way to make food for local people.
