Venkatesh Kotamraju

We have been at Flat No 14 in Bankmen Apartments for quite a while now. Gunadala Vikhroli East is a busy spot but our place is tucked away. It is mostly just me, Venkatesh Kotamraju, handling things from this space. It isn't a big flashy office or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork usually piled up in the corner. Some people find it hard to locate the flat because the numbers aren't always clear outside, but once you get into the building, it's pretty straightforward. We mostly deal with local folks who know the area well. The traffic around Vikhroli can get really bad in the evenings, so I usually try to finish up my tasks before the rush starts. I've lived around here long enough to know the shortcuts. Sometimes the neighbors drop by just to say hello or ask about some small matter. It's a quiet building for the most part, which helps when I need to focus on what's right in front of me. I don't really have a big team or fancy uniforms. It’s just how I prefer to run things here. Simple and direct. If the main gate is closed, you just have to ask the watchman. He knows exactly where I'm at. Mostly, I'm just busy with the day-to-day tasks that keep the place running. It’s been this way for a few years and I don’t see it changing much.
