We are located in Chennai. It’s a massive city and we are just one of the many offices trying to get things done every day. We don't have a fancy glass building or a big lobby. Our workspace is pretty simple, with some desks, chairs, and all the usual equipment we need to do our work. Chennai is known for being very hot and humid, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and the air conditioning are working. We’ve been operating here for a good while now. Our days are mostly spent on the computer or talking to people on the phone. We don't really use any of those big corporate words or have long meetings about the future. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it. The city is always loud and busy outside, but we just focus on the work inside. Our staff is local and we’ve all been doing this for a long time. We don’t have a big marketing team to tell people how great we are. We just let the work speak for itself. Sometimes things go wrong, like the internet cutting out or a delivery being late, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a very straightforward and practical way to run a business. We aren't looking to become a giant company; we are just happy doing our part here in Chennai as Flsmidth Private Limited.
