Durga Plastovision Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 27 Jrd Tata Industrial Estate. It’s a fairly easy place to find once you get inside the estate gates. The area is usually full of trucks and people moving crates around. Our plot has a decent-sized yard where we keep some of the materials before they go inside. The building itself is a standard industrial setup. We have the main work area and a small corner partitioned off for the office stuff. It’s not a quiet place, that’s for sure. There is always the sound of machines or someone calling out across the floor. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the estate grow and change. The roads inside the estate aren't the best, especially after a heavy rain, but we make do. We don't bother with much in the way of decorations or fancy signs. The name is on the door and that’s about it. Most of our day is spent making sure the equipment is running and the orders are moving out. We take our tea breaks when we can and usually talk about the cricket scores or the news. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment. People come here to work, and that’s what we do. We like being part of the Jrd Tata Industrial Estate because it’s a busy hub with everything we need close by. We just focus on the task at hand and get on with our jobs.
