Durga Auto & General Stores

This place is a bit different because we do both auto parts and general items. Durga Auto & General Stores is located at Door No 23-21-32 on G S Raju Road. We are right opposite the Electrical Office in Satyanarayanapuram. This part of Vijayawada has a lot of people passing through for work. We have some spare parts for bikes and then we also have soap, snacks, and bottled water. It’s a weird mix but it works for the people who stop here. The shop is often a bit greasy because of the auto stuff. We don't have a lot of space for fancy displays. Most of the time we are looking for a specific bolt for someone while another person wants a pack of biscuits. It keeps us on our toes. My brother and I run the place together. We get the stock from different places in the city. The noise from the road is constant. We don't have any big signs, just the name on the front. It’s a practical shop for practical people. If your scooter breaks down or you just need a tea powder packet, you can find us here. We’ve been at this spot for years and the 520011 area is very familiar to us. We just do our work and go home at night. It’s not a glamorous job but it is what we do to take care of our families.
