We set up Plow Exports & Imports Pvt. Ltd. over at Door No. 48-11/8-19 in Currency Nagar. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, and the address is easy enough for delivery drivers to find. We do a mix of importing and exporting, so there’s always something coming in or going out. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we can keep our records straight. We spend a lot of time on logistics, which basically means we worry about where stuff is and when it’s going to arrive. Currency Nagar is usually bustling, so there’s always noise from the street. We’ve grown used to it over the years. We don’t have a corporate handbook or a bunch of rules about how to talk. We just speak plainly and get the job finished. Sometimes we have issues with shipments getting delayed, which is just part of the game. We don’t pretend to be perfect. We’re just a small team of people trying to make a living in the trade business. We keep our overhead low so we can keep our prices fair for everyone. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we enjoy the variety. No two days are exactly the same here. We might be dealing with spare parts one day and textiles the next. It keeps us on our toes and prevents things from getting boring. We just stay at it until the sun goes down.
