Vamsi Events

Vamsi Events is based out of the Ashoknagar area in Sanath Nagar. We are located right near Time Hospitals, which makes it easy for people to find our spot. We spend most of our time planning and putting things together for different kinds of gatherings. It is a lot of running around, honestly. One day we are looking for specific decorations and the next we are talking to people about chairs or sound systems. It is the kind of job where you are always on your feet. We have been doing this for a while now, and we have learned that things rarely go exactly as planned, so we have to stay flexible. Our office isn't anything too special, just a place where we keep our notes and meet with folks to discuss their plans. We handle weddings, small parties, and sometimes bigger stuff too. Every event feels a bit different. We try to listen to what people want and then see what we can actually get done with the budget they have. It can be stressful when the date gets close, but seeing everything set up makes it worth the effort. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do.
