If you’re looking for us, we’re located in the Datta Complex over in Buckinghampet. 9c Event Management isn't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a group of us who enjoy putting things together. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running around town looking for specific decorations. Buckinghampet is a lively area, so there is always something going on near the office. We handle the logistical stuff that most people don't want to deal with, like figuring out where the tables go or making sure the lights actually turn on. It can be quite stressful when a deadline is approaching and things aren't quite ready yet. We’ve had plenty of late nights where we’re still at the venue making sure everything is lined up. It’s not always glamorous work; there’s a lot of lifting and moving heavy crates involved. We keep our office pretty simple because we’re rarely there anyway. Most of the time we are out at different sites. We just try to stay organized and make sure the schedules work out. Sometimes things change at the last minute and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just the nature of events, really. We’ve been doing this from the Datta Complex for a bit and we just take it one day at a time, making sure each small detail is handled.
