Tax Solutions

Tax Solutions is located on Vittal Mandir Road. It’s a relatively quiet street compared to the main junctions nearby, which is nice for us. Our office is basically filled with stacks of folders and paper files that seem to grow every month. We spend most of our time sitting at the desks, going through receipts and filling out forms. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we know how to do. The office is small and a bit cramped because of all the storage cabinets we need for the records. We have a few old computers that hum quite loudly, and the printer is almost always running. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. Sometimes people struggle to find us on Vittal Mandir Road, so we usually tell them to look for the small sign near the gate. We get a lot of local people coming in with their tax papers stuffed into plastic bags or old envelopes. We just sit down with them and try to make sense of it all. It’s a lot of math and double-checking figures. We don’t use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done the old-fashioned way. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break. It’s a steady, quiet life here, focused on getting the paperwork finished before the deadlines hit.
