Vinayak Kolhe Construction Private Limited is located right on Plot Number 57 over at Vijapur Road. If you know the Kittur Channama Nagar area, you’ve probably passed by our spot. We are usually busy with something or other, whether it’s looking over new site plans or dealing with the logistics of getting materials delivered to the right place. It’s a bit of a dusty business, to be honest. Our office isn't anything special to look at, but it serves its purpose for our day-to-day operations. We focus on getting things built, mostly around this part of town. The weather out here can be tough on the crews, so we spend a lot of time checking on schedules and making sure everyone has what they need to keep working. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping an eye on the details that matter on a job site. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re some giant corporation. We’re just local people who know how to put a building together. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually get the ledger updated. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started working here. People stop by to ask about construction costs or just to see how a project is coming along. It’s a straightforward life, really, just building things one day at a time. We hope the structures we put up stand the test of time.
