Sri Dhaneshwari Kirana

We are located right on Sindagi Road at 4/5/71. It’s a straightforward kirana shop. My family started this because there wasn't a good place nearby to get the daily staples. We carry things like sugar, salt, grains, and some cleaning stuff. The shop isn't very large, but we make it work by stacking things high. You have to be careful not to knock anything over. We get our supplies from the wholesale market and try to keep the prices fair for the neighbors. It’s not about being the biggest store around. We just want to make sure people on Sindagi Road can get what they need without traveling too far. Sometimes the delivery truck comes late and we run out of things for a day, but that's just part of the business. We try our best to keep things going. Most of our customers have been coming here for years. We know their kids and what they usually buy on Saturdays. It’s a very local vibe. No uniforms or shiny floors here. Just a cement floor and wooden counters that have seen a lot of use. Being at 4/5/71 means we get a lot of travelers stopping by too. They usually want a cold drink or some biscuits for the road. We have a small fridge that hums quite loudly, but it keeps the milk and sodas cold. The walls are lined with wooden racks that have plenty of scratches on them.
