We have our main setup here in Bijapur, over in the Adarsh Nagar area. It’s located at LIG-148, which is the residence of S. P. Sakragol. We’ve been operating out of this part of Karnataka for quite a long time now. It’s a standard residential neighborhood, so things stay pretty quiet for most of the day. We are not some big, fancy company with a massive skyscraper. It’s just us working out of a regular house. We do a little bit of everything here at L&T. Our days are usually completely full of sorting out different logistics and making sure our projects are moving along. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but that’s just how things go around here. We have a small team, and we all know each other very well. It’s a comfortable and simple way for us to work. We don’t use any of that polished marketing talk or corporate buzzwords. We just tell people the truth and work hard. If you ever come by, you’ll see that we’re just regular people trying to do a solid job. The address can be a bit tricky to find if you’re not from this part of town, but once you find Adarsh Nagar, most folks can point you toward the LIG houses. We stay very busy, especially during the middle of every month. It’s not a glamorous life, but it suits us just fine. We just take it day by day and keep going until the work is done.
